About ReachClaw

ReachClaw is a hosted AI email agent for support and sales. You connect Gmail with one-click OAuth and enter your website URL, and it crawls the site to learn your product, pricing and FAQ and builds a knowledge base. Incoming support emails get draft replies, grouped and ready to approve, and routine answers can be sent automatically.

Three reply modes, Manual, Co-pilot and Autopilot, can be set per inbox category. For outbound, you upload leads and send personalized cold email sequences informed by product context, and the dashboard tracks opens, clicks, replies and conversions. Gmail and MCP tools connect so the agent can trigger actions such as order checks and account updates. The site also shows keyword page planning and a weekly SEO check as demo flows.
