About eDesk
eDesk is a hosted help desk made for ecommerce sellers. It collects customer messages from marketplaces and web stores into one unified inbox, so support staff do not have to log in to each marketplace separately to answer buyers.
It integrates with marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Mirakl, communication channels including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok Shop and Gmail, and store platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Shopware. Shipping and tracking tools like AfterShip, ShipStation and Veeqo can be connected so agents see order context while replying.
Additional modules cover pre-sales questions, an AI agent for automating a share of support, a chatbot for web stores, reporting for support operations, and review and feedback requests sent to satisfied customers. eDesk is proprietary software sold by subscription, with a free start option and demo advertised on its site.
