About WalkMe
WalkMe is a digital adoption platform that sits on top of enterprise applications to guide people through tasks. It combines in-app guidance, workflow automation and analytics so organizations can see how software is used and help employees get through processes correctly.
The platform is organized into areas: platform foundations, including its DeepUI technology, integrations and enterprise security; contextual AI assistance that can be pinned, proactive or on demand; guidance and automation with in-app guidance, workflow automation, SOP documentation and surveys; adoption analytics such as license optimization, app discovery, form analytics and workflow analytics; and learning and simulation. A newer agentic experience lets users build adoption solutions through plain-language conversations.
Solutions are organized by team, such as IT, sales, HR and customer care, and by application, including SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow. WalkMe is a hosted commercial product, and a pricing page is published on its site.
