About Triagely
Triagely gathers user feedback in one inbox so a small team can see what to fix first. Feedback arrives through an embeddable widget in your app, a connected Gmail account, forwarded emails or an API, and each project has its own inbox. Every incoming message is matched against similar ones and filed under a category, so duplicates collapse into a single ticket with an AI summary and the list of related reports.
Tickets are ranked by urgency and by how many reports they combine, and you move them through statuses such as new, in progress and done. There are no limits on users or reports. Importing existing feedback from CSV and popular tools is listed as planned, and a docs section and blog are available.
Pricing has two plans after a 7-day free trial with all features: Starter at 19 euros per month for a single project and Pro at 39 euros per month for unlimited projects and priority support, and both include unlimited feedback.
