About Genius

Genius adds a small feedback trigger to a product so users can say what is missing at the moment they feel it. Each submission arrives with context such as route, plan, workspace, feature area and user type, so the team does not have to reconstruct where a comment came from.

Repeated feedback is clustered even when users word it differently, and the team can inspect the evidence behind each cluster to separate a one-off complaint from a pattern. Ideas are ranked with a Sticky Idea Score that combines demand, momentum and friction, and shipped items can be closed out so requesters learn their idea went live. Installation takes minutes, a public roadmap is not required, and reports can be exported.
