About Scout

The site, presented under the name Nova, describes an agentic workspace that keeps a company's work connected so important items do not get lost. It tracks what is still open and where it came from across the tools a team already uses, ties related activity together and prepares the next step for the user to approve, edit or dismiss.

Supported connections include Google Calendar, Gmail, Drive and Docs, along with Notion, Linear, GitHub, Fireflies, Granola and Tally, and it can link any MCP server and Claude Desktop. Nothing is applied without approval, and Google access is narrow: the tool may add Calendar events, send emails only after you approve them and open Drive files you choose, but it does not read the Gmail inbox or the rest of Drive.

The product is in early access and waitlist-only, onboarding users in small groups. During the beta the price is $29 per person per month, or $23 billed yearly, rising to $99 afterward, and early joiners keep their original rate. AI credits are pooled across the workspace instead of being counted per seat.
