About Reassign

Reassign is a hosted visual day planner built for time blocking. Your whole day sits on one 24-hour dial with midnight at the top and noon at the bottom, so you drag blocks onto the round face instead of scrolling a list. You can slide a block and shift everything after it so the day bends instead of breaking.

It syncs with Google Calendar and other calendars and task lists in both directions, so tasks can be completed in either app. An AI feature lets you type, speak or photograph a paper list to plan or change your day, with one Undo for the lot, and an MCP connection lets Claude read your real day and reshape it. Focus intervals split a block into focus and break rhythms, microtasks turn a block into a checklist, and a Chrome extension shows today's dial on every new tab. The site lists 23 features in Pro.
