About DayZen

DayZen is an iPhone planner that replaces the long to-do list with a 24-hour radial clock. The premise is that lists hide how finite a day is, so seeing sleep, focus, creative work, breaks, and exercise as segments of one circle forces realistic choices before the day begins. It is pitched at people with ADHD and time blindness.

You add tasks by tapping, choosing a time slot, duration, emoji or icon, and color-coded category. Tapping a task opens Focus Mode, where the clock zooms in and a simple timer runs until you swipe to complete. The site offers free daily routine templates and well-known routines to start from. It states the app is free with no account needed and is privacy-focused.
