Chaskiq

Chaskiq is a free, source-available messaging platform for marketing, support and sales, described as the front line of customer service and as an alternative to Intercom, Drift and Crisp. It combines an embeddable web messenger with a dashboard that agents use to talk to customers.

Main features include customer segments with custom attributes, agent conversation routing, text chat with customizable content blocks, video calls, triggerable conversational bots, mailing campaigns, onboarding tours, quick replies, a multilingual help center and knowledge base, webhooks and a GraphQL API with OAuth. Integrations cover WhatsApp, Twitter DM, Slack, Calendly and Zoom, and a Pipedrive CRM integration. Data protection options include configurable GDPR consent, audits of access and record changes, composable roles and pluggable reports. The chat editor supports GIFs, embedded videos, a video recorder and code highlighting.
