About Sinalio

Sinalio places a widget inside a SaaS application that shows product updates and collects suggestions and issues, attaching page and environment context such as the current URL, environment, widget version and a trusted timestamp. An optional external user reference can be supplied by your product when it has a safe identity source, and users do not need a Sinalio account.

Each environment gets a different public key, so you can verify in Sandbox before activating Production, and installation can be done with a coding-agent prompt or manually. New feedback can be sent to a webhook, with destinations for GitHub, Linear, Jira, Trello, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, email and others listed as in validation or under review in an Alpha. The account is free, while creating a workspace requires choosing a plan and entering a card through Stripe Checkout, followed by a 14-day trial.
