About Reqio

Reqio is a hosted feedback and request tool installed with one script tag. Visitors choose to make a request, report something broken or share feedback. Ideas go to a public board and everything else to a private thread, and each submission lands in an inbox as a managed card with category, status, context and upvotes. When the team replies and marks an item completed, the reporter gets an in-product notification and an email saying it shipped.

A built-in MCP server over OAuth 2.1 exposes 42 tools so Claude, Cursor or another agent can list requests, reply to conversations and work through bugs. Permissions are role-gated and mirror the dashboard, no tools exist for billing, project deletion or token issuance, and destructive actions need confirmation. The site pitches the loop of a user report, a pull request from your own agent and a notification to the reporter after merge.
