About PushLock

PushLock is a screen-time app built around the idea that access follows effort. You choose which apps to control, set an unlock ratio such as one rep for one minute, and complete a short movement set before opening them. On-device pose detection confirms the reps, with push-ups and squats named as exercises.

The app tracks how much usage you have earned and spent, keeps streaks and shows an insight dashboard of screen habits and activity. Planned additions are structured movement programs, social challenges and Apple Watch integration. A subscription is required for premium features and renews automatically.

Key features

  • Lock selected apps until exercise is done
  • Configurable unlock ratio such as 1 rep per minute
  • On-device pose detection for rep verification
  • Time tracking of earned and spent usage

Good fit for
