About Step N Scroll
Step N Scroll turns walking into screen time. You choose which apps are tempting, set a daily step target, and they stay locked until you have walked enough, then reopen on their own. Counting steps, the daily goal, streaks and the app blocking itself are free with no ads.
A subscription adds a Coach feature: if you keep trying to open a blocked app within a few minutes, it asks what is going on and offers a short reset instead of the feed, and over time it shows your triggers and the times they hit hardest. An AI progress scan takes a full-body photo and generates a preview of projected progress for before-and-after comparison. The subscription also covers Trends and Records plus recording of outdoor walks with a route map. A 7-day free trial comes with the yearly plan, a weekly plan is also offered, and regional prices are shown in the app.
