About Padyna
Padyna is an AI customer support platform for building and deploying support agents. You upload files, website links, texts or FAQs as data sources, train the agent on them, and deploy a chatbot that answers customer questions with cited sources. A playground shows agent settings beside a live chat preview, where you set the agent's name, icon, brand color, welcome message and suggested messages.
Agent Actions automate workflows inside a conversation, such as scheduling meetings, opening Jira tickets for support issues and notifying customers about refunds. An analytics dashboard reports visits, chats begun, bounce rate, typical session length and users online now, and an activity view lets you review conversations, filter recent chats and use Escalate and Close actions. When a request is complex, the agent flags it and hands the conversation to your team.
Integrations include Slack, Discord, WhatsApp and Telegram for channels, plus Notion, Google Drive, Jira, ClickUp and Calendly. There is a free trial, and the Starter plan is $39 per month with 2,000 message credits and one chatbot.
