About Zumie

Zumie is a screen recorder for desktop Chrome that works on Windows, Mac and Chromebook. You record a tab, with optional webcam, and the editor opens with smooth zooms already applied: it keeps the clicked button or field in frame, zooms closer on small items and eases back while you scroll. It also adds click effects, backgrounds, padding and a smooth cursor, so recordings look polished without keyframing or separate editing software.

From the editor you can adjust the result or use it as is, then download the video or generate a share link that viewers can open without an account. Suggested uses include product demos, bug reports, Figma walkthroughs, tutorials and documentation. The extension is free to install with no signup, and an upgrade is a one-time $49 payment rather than a subscription.
