SaaS

Vidward is a YouTube parental-control tool: a browser extension plus a private dashboard for blocking channels, videos, keywords and features per child profile.

About Vidward

Vidward lets parents control what a child sees on YouTube from a desktop browser. You install the extension in the browser profile your child uses, then manage rules from a private dashboard that has separate child profiles. Rules apply immediately, stay locked, and sync across devices when you update them.

Controls include blocking channels so they disappear from feeds, search and up-next, hiding exact videos or anything with matching title keywords, and allowing only videos from approved channels. Other switches hide Shorts, stop autoplay and generated mixes, cap video length, hide Trending, and hide comments or filter chosen words. The extension is offered for Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Brave and other Chromium browsers. No account is needed to start, and there is a 7-day free trial without a card.
