About Soreel

Soreel was a video editing and enhancement service aimed at businesses, and it ran on OpenAI's Sora 2 model. Its website now shows only a service notice saying the product is shutting down: all processing has ended, the dashboard is gone, and the service accepts neither new accounts nor payments.

The notice explains that the service depended on Sora 2, and that once OpenAI retired that model the product could no longer deliver what it promised. Rather than leave a half-working tool online, the team chose to close it. Teams had used it to run their videos through the service before publishing them. No new accounts can be created.
