About Snagr

Snagr is a recovery email service for merchants who sell through Polar.sh. Polar reports that a checkout expired and stops there; Snagr picks it up about 30 minutes later with an email linking back to the saved cart, then follows up twice more. You connect Polar, see what is recoverable and turn on recovery, which the site says takes about a minute.

It covers two more moments. For failed renewals, where Polar retries the card four times over 21 days, Snagr sends a plain-English nudge with a one-tap update link, staggered around those retries so no duplicate email goes out. For cancellations, a win-back note is sent 30 days later, and resubscribes appear as attributed recoveries on a dashboard. A free leak report and a live demo with sample data are offered.
