About RevQuicken
RevQuicken, also shown as RQ, is software for commercial real estate brokers. You import an Excel workbook, a prospect list or a CSV that contains addresses, and it geocodes everything automatically and plots every property on a live map, color-coded by deal stage. The aim is to let a broker see a market spatially instead of as hundreds of spreadsheet rows.
A market filter works on any column in your data, such as lease expiration, square footage, owner name or building class. Each property moves through a deal pipeline of No Activity, Called, Spoke, Met and Requirement. Properties can be edited inline, with notes, contacts and stage changes saved to the cloud, and the filtered view exports to Excel with stages, notes and coordinates for client reports. The site says setup takes under two minutes and no IT team is needed, positioning it against juggling several systems such as CoStar, Salesforce, spreadsheets and email.
