About MachinesFluent
MachinesFluent is a Windows tool for dictating into whatever program you are using instead of typing. It offers system-wide dictation with automatic punctuation and filler word removal, using local speech models that work offline or cloud transcription, with a choice of providers and direct OpenAI sign-in. A custom dictionary improves vocabulary, and a searchable history keeps past dictations.
Beyond dictation, voice commands can rewrite, summarize, translate and search the web, and prompt presets with their own hotkeys cover recurring jobs: a professional email, structured meeting notes, a standup update, a video transcript summary and translation to French. Each preset can use a different model from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Moonshot, and the page lists integrations with email, chat, notes and project tools.
The interface is available in English and French. MachinesFluent can be downloaded for free, with features, integrations, pricing, FAQ and changelog pages on the site, plus dark and light themes and about and blog sections.
