About Kind Loyalty
Kind Loyalty is a loyalty and rewards service for WooCommerce stores, built for marketers who use Klaviyo. Instead of running the program inside WordPress, it runs on the vendor's own servers, and the WooCommerce plugin is only a thin connector that forwards orders and shows the customer-facing widget. The aim is to avoid dependence on WP-Cron and avoid conflicts with other plugins.
Store owners set an earn rate per currency unit, calculated on the order total minus shipping, choose a rounding mode and add a signup bonus. Points are revoked automatically on refunds, and rewards are issued as real WooCommerce coupons with seven restriction types. Campaigns apply multipliers for set periods, either store-wide or limited to products and categories, and overlapping campaigns stack. Expiry is optional and uses a rolling twelve-month clock from the last activity.
Seven distinct Klaviyo metrics cover points earned, redeemed, revoked and expired, reward unlocked, points milestone and program joined, each usable as its own flow trigger, along with six profile properties and three sample flows. Customers see balance, rewards, coupons and history in an account widget. Deliveries retry with backoff, failures show in the dashboard and the ledger is append-only. Shopify and Omnisend support is listed as coming soon.
