About WooNuxt
WooNuxt is a decoupled front-end for WooCommerce stores. WordPress and WooCommerce keep handling products, orders and payments, while WooNuxt supplies a fast Vue-based storefront built on Nuxt 4 that reads store data through WPGraphQL. The aim is a quicker, more search-friendly shop than a traditional WordPress theme can usually deliver.
A companion WooNuxt Settings plugin installs the required WordPress plugins, extends the GraphQL schema with extra fields and pulls in payment gateway settings for Stripe and PayPal. The storefront can be generated fully static or run with hybrid incremental static regeneration for large catalogs, and it can be extended with custom components and modules. Styling uses Tailwind CSS.
WooNuxt is licensed under GPL-3.0 and can be hosted anywhere that serves a Nuxt build; the project offers one-click deploy buttons and demos on several hosting platforms such as Vercel and NuxtHub. Configuration is done through environment variables like the GraphQL host and permitted image domains.
