About Feedbackjar

FeedbackJar is a feedback board that works across web, iOS, Android, Flutter and React Native. Users file bugs and vote on feature requests through a widget or public portal, and each bug report arrives with the browser, OS, page URL and console errors so it can be reproduced without follow-up questions.

An MCP server lets coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot and Codex list top-voted posts, pull their full metadata, update status and reply, so a fix can start from the editor. When a post is marked done, every voter receives an email, which the site calls closing the loop. A REST API and SDKs cover the other platforms, and the widget goes in with one script tag on the web. The service is a hosted product with a 7-day trial and no credit card required, and it positions itself as built for the developer who ships the code rather than for product managers.
