About FeatureBot
FeatureBot adds a chat widget to a website or app with one line of code. Instead of a form, it talks with users, asks follow-up questions and records what they want, attaching context such as the page, session, errors and the user's journey. Similar requests are matched semantically and grouped, so duplicates appear as one item with several voices behind it.
The dashboard shows who said what and why rather than a plain vote count, and it weights requests by how much the requesting customers pay so teams can see which asks come from their biggest accounts. Weekly AI digests summarize trends, themes and recommended actions. Integrations include Slack alerts, Zapier, GitHub issue creation and webhooks.
A newer feature generates implementation code: when a request is marked Planned, FeatureBot writes code and pushes it to GitHub as a branch for review. The service is hosted and has a 14-day free trial with no credit card. The Starter plan is $13 a month with 1 team member, 1 workspace and 100 voices a month, with higher Growth and Scale plans.
