About WizNotePlus
WizNotePlus is a community-driven, cross-platform note-taking client forked from the WizNote Qt client. WizNote is a cloud-based personal knowledge management service, and this project aims to make its client on Linux and macOS as usable as the Windows-specific client, or better.
Highlights include support for Linux and Windows high-DPI screens, Chrome developer tools, multi-tab browsing of documents and web pages, external editors, integration with the MaoXian web clipper browser extension, a JavaScript plugin system and an immersive full-screen mode. Planned items include a theme system, local full-text search, batch import and export and multi-account login.
The project is C++ built on Qt 5.14, distributed as a DMG for macOS, an AppImage for Linux and a ZIP for Windows, and can also be compiled from source. It is maintained by third-party developers under GPLv3, and the repository license is listed as Other. Documentation is in Chinese and English.
