About Grape

Grape is an AI note-taking app for Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone and Android. You can record a meeting, type or sketch an idea, then ask questions of your own notes and get an answer rather than a list of search results.

Notes are organized in folders with tags, daily notes and templates. Search works by meaning, so a half-remembered line can be found without using the same words, and recordings are transcribed into the note. AI features include summaries, checklists and flashcards built from your own notes, an agent chat, and a choice between your own AI provider and the built-in one. Notes can be exported as Markdown, HTML or PDF.

The site says the app is free to start with no account, works offline and keeps notes in a file you own on your device. A Pro option is shown for the chat model. It suits people who accumulate many notes and meeting recordings and want to retrieve and reuse them instead of rereading folders.
