About Wandao

Wandao, known in Chinese as 万能导, is a tool for moving documents between knowledge-base platforms. It exports content you have permission to access into local Markdown, or imports local Markdown into supported platforms, trying to preserve folder structure, text formatting, images and attachments so that you avoid manual copy and paste.

It covers a long list of Chinese and international services, including Feishu, Yuque, Evernote, Youdao Note, WizNote, OneNote, Zsxq, DingTalk documents, WPS, Notion, Obsidian, Zhihu, CSDN, WeChat official accounts and local Markdown. Features include a real directory tree for selection, task pause and resume with retries, incremental processing that skips finished items, live progress logs and reports, and a plugin center for platform support that can be updated or rolled back.

Credentials and task data are stored on the user's own computer. The app is an Electron desktop program with Python components, licensed under AGPL-3.0, and the project says it stays fully free and open source. The README is in Chinese and includes a sponsor section unrelated to the tool. It suits people backing up or migrating notes between platforms.
