About Track My Geo

Track My Geo turns the smartphones a team already carries into GPS trackers, so there are no dedicated units to buy, install or maintain. Each phone appears on a live map with its real-time location and status, and a single dashboard holds live positions, automatic trips and reports. Setup starts with signing in by email code rather than a password, naming a group, adding each phone and inviting helpers.

Each phone is linked by scanning its own QR code from the portal, or by sending a setup file when the person is elsewhere. Features include mileage and expense reporting, speed alerts when a device exceeds a limit you set, Geo Zones that signal when devices enter or leave an area, low battery alerts, and a shareable live map that needs no customer login. Locations are queued on the phone when there is no signal and fill in once it reconnects, which suits mines, ranches and rural sites.

Map coverage includes dedicated or regional map tiles for 113 countries and territories spread over the Caribbean, the Americas, Africa, Europe and Oceania. The service is hosted and has a pricing page, and it suits teams with vehicles or field staff who want location visibility without installing extra devices.
