About OptimoRoute
OptimoRoute plans and optimizes routes and schedules for deliveries and mobile workforces. Planners enter orders and tasks with details such as priorities, time windows, job durations and required skills, and the software builds routes that account for driver skills, costs and vehicle capacities, aiming to complete more orders at lower cost.
Once routes are planned, dispatchers can send them straight to a mobile driver app and see live tracking and accurate arrival estimates. Customers can receive order status and ETA notifications, and drivers can capture signatures, photos and custom forms as proof of delivery, scan barcodes to confirm orders and collect customer feedback. Last-minute changes are handled with drag and drop route editing, and routing for large trucks and hazmat vehicles is supported. OptimoRoute is a hosted commercial service with a pricing page.
