About TeraConvert

TeraConvert is a macOS app for converting files on your own machine, so nothing is uploaded. It handles images, video, audio and documents, with more than 800 conversions in the Mac app and over 200 in the browser version. It is built for Apple silicon Macs, and files can be dropped onto the app, pasted from the clipboard or renamed in Finder.

Beyond conversion, it includes a PDF editor that lets you click a line and retype it, plus highlighting, drawing, signing, redaction, merging, splitting, compressing and OCR. Image tools cover background removal, compression and tracing to SVG, and audio and video can be trimmed. Image formats include HEIC, PNG, JPG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, TIFF and SVG, and the desktop app also reads RAW files from several camera makers. The first conversion is free, and Pro is then a one-time purchase that comes with a 14-day refund window.
