About SyncDate
SyncDate mirrors events between calendars that belong to different organizations, so none of them can see the others' details. A copy carries the time of an event, and what else it shows is a choice made per calendar: events can appear as Busy with titles hidden, keep their original title or use a custom label, and copies can have their own color. Sync can run one way or both ways, and any sync touching a calendar the user does not fully own shows Busy on every plan. It supports Google, Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail, Nextcloud and other CalDAV calendars, plus subscribed iCal feed URLs as view-only.
Google and Outlook calendars update each other within seconds, while iCloud, CalDAV and iCal feed sources are polled once every quarter hour. When an account has to be reconnected, syncing pauses instead of guessing, and an email names the account. It is aimed at consultants, fractional operators, agencies and people with a day job plus a venture, and offers a Teams plan with one bill and an MCP server so an AI assistant can check and book across calendars. A free plan covers two calendars with no card, and Pro has a 7-day trial.
