About Rallly
Rallly is an open-source scheduling tool that helps a group find a date and time to meet. The organizer creates a poll with a few options, shares the link, and participants vote on when they are available, replacing the usual back-and-forth of emails.
Participants do not need an account to vote. An availability grid shows everyone's responses at a glance, comments let people discuss details on the poll itself, notifications tell the organizer when someone responds, and a final date can be chosen and announced to all attendees. The interface has been translated into more than ten languages through community work on Crowdin.
Rallly can be used on the hosted cloud version without installing anything, or self-hosted from a Docker image. It is licensed under AGPL-3.0 and built with Next.js, Prisma, tRPC, Tailwind CSS and PostgreSQL, so the data stays under your control when you run it yourself.
