Group scheduling tool: share one link, friends mark their free days without signing up, and the organiser sees a live color-coded calendar of overlaps.

About WhenYouFree

whenyoufree? is a scheduling tool for finding a date that suits a group, such as a trip, dinner or birthday. The organiser names an event, picks a date range and optionally adds a location or note, then shares one link in the group chat. Friends open it, enter a name and tap the days they are free or maybe free. They need no account or app, and the page works in any browser.

The organiser sees a calendar that updates live as people respond: green marks days when everyone is free and orange marks days when some are. The aim is to replace long message threads with an answer that is obvious at a glance. The site also compares itself with Doodle in its blog and has dark mode and support for screen reader users.

Pro and Group Organiser plans add API keys and MCP access, so AI agents such as Claude can create events and check availability. A machine-readable OpenAPI spec and an llms.txt file are published. Creating an event is free.
