About QloApps
QloApps is a free, open-source platform for running a hotel business online. It combines a property management system, a booking engine and a hotel website, so a property can present its rooms, take reservations and manage them from one application.
The project describes itself as suitable for both small independent hotels and larger chains. Functionality spans a public-facing site where guests browse and book, and a back office for staff to handle reservations and property operations, along with CMS-style content management for the website. Documentation and a demo are published by the project.
QloApps is written in PHP and licensed under OSL-3.0. Self-hosting needs Apache, Nginx or IIS, PHP 8.1 to 8.4 and MySQL 5.7 to 8.4, with several PHP extensions such as PDO MySQL, cURL, GD and SOAP, plus SSL if payments are processed on the site. It can also run locally on Windows, macOS and Linux using a local server package such as WampServer on Windows.
