About GastronomIQ

GastronomIQ is a reservation and table-management system aimed at restaurants in Austria. Guests book online by themselves instead of phoning in, in a flow described as taking under 30 seconds with no registration and a layout tuned for mobile devices, which takes pressure off staff who would otherwise handle bookings by telephone.

Staff get a table plan and a timeline view that show who sits where right now and how full the restaurant will be later. To reduce no-shows, guests leave payment details at booking, processed through Stripe, so a missed reservation can be charged. Guest profiles are created automatically on every booking, with visit history, tags and notes, and an analytics view tracks occupancy, guests and no-shows.

A 14-day trial is available without a credit card. Every feature is included in every plan, and the plans differ in how you start, including a voucher option with no base fee that takes a 3 percent fee on each completed voucher purchase.
