About Sitful

Sitful is a posture coach for Mac. It lives in the menu bar and shows a live score from 0 to 100, updated every second by on-device vision, with a breakdown of head position, shoulders and screen distance. It aims to catch the slouch you cannot feel and to speak up only after it has lasted, rather than reminding you on a timer.

Supported AirPods add head-tilt measurements that are combined with the camera data, so a nod or head turn does not skew the score. The app learns from the reminders you dismiss, stays silent during calls and shows a seven-day trend. Frames are scored on the Mac and discarded immediately; the homepage says there is no cloud, account or telemetry, and the app works offline.

Sitful is built for Apple Silicon Macs and is downloaded rather than used in a browser. The homepage mentions a 7-day money-back guarantee, and plan details are on a separate pricing page. The site also links a blog and a page explaining how the posture coaching works.
