About PulseRepo

PulseRepo is a hosted notification service that turns GitHub, Vercel and Netlify events into formatted Telegram messages, as an alternative to email threads and Slack pings. GitHub events include pull requests opened, merged or closed, issues, pushes, review requests, releases and deploy status. Vercel and Netlify cover deploys that are created, started, succeeded, failed, cancelled, rolled back or previewed.

Each platform's webhook signature is verified, using HMAC-SHA256 for GitHub, SHA1 for Vercel and an HS256 JWT for Netlify, and messages carry one-tap buttons to open a deployment, view a pull request or check deploy logs. Per-repo webhooks use unique secrets. The site says events reach Telegram in real time, with no polling or batching.
