About proclips
Proclips takes a long video, such as a podcast, stream or interview, and cuts it into short vertical clips for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts. You supply a YouTube, Twitch or Vimeo link or upload a file, or link a channel so new uploads are picked up automatically.
The AI transcribes the video, finds hooks and payoffs, frames each clip in 9:16, removes filler words and dead air, and adds word-by-word captions in several styles, a narrated hook and sound effects. Each clip gets a virality score so you can post the strongest first, and framing is chosen per clip, such as speaker cuts for podcasts or a face-cam split for streams.
Clips can post automatically to YouTube on days and times you choose, with titles and hashtags written for you, and TikTok and Reels support is listed as next. The site says a typical 30-minute video takes about 20 minutes, the product is in beta and it is free to start without a card.
