About NotePlan
NotePlan is a commercial notes app for Mac, iPhone, iPad and the web that is organized around a daily note. Each day gets its own note, where tasks and meeting notes share the page and the calendar sits alongside, so planning and project details stay together.
The app connects to Apple Calendar and Reminders, so events and reminders appear beside the day's note and checking off a reminder updates it in Reminders as well. Project notes give each project a home for briefs, decisions and next steps, and time blocking lets a user drag a task onto a timeline next to real meetings. A newer feature called Memo AI turns voice notes into structured insights.
NotePlan is hosted software with a seven-day free trial that can be canceled anytime and a published pricing page. The vendor also offers shared spaces and a help center for teams and individuals.
