About Lunatask

Lunatask is a commercial all-in-one app that bundles encrypted task lists, a habit tracker, journaling, life tracking and notes. It aims to take work off the user by letting lists manage themselves, with a forgiving Kanban-like approach, the Must/Should/Want method, an Eisenhower matrix, timers and a work-in-progress limit.

A daily calendar view connects Google, Outlook, iCloud and other calendars so meetings and calls appear beside tasks, and planned tasks and habits can be dragged onto the calendar for time blocking. The habit tracker supports daily and weekly habits, custom recurrence, streaks and reminders, and mood tracking helps users see how habits affect them over time.

Lunatask can be started for free, has a pricing page and publishes documentation, release notes, an idea portal and an API. The vendor says Lunatask 3.0 is in development. It is a hosted service with end-to-end encryption, not a self-hosted product.
