About Limbr

Limbr is a stretching app built around an interactive body map. As you complete exercises, the muscles you have stretched fill with gold, so you can see which parts you worked today and which still need attention. Tapping a muscle on the map shows exercises for that area, for example stiff necks from desk work or tight hips from long sitting.

Each guided exercise includes clear illustrations and a timer, needs no equipment and can be done anywhere. Ready-made routines last from 2 to 7 minutes and target specific areas or the full body, suited to a morning wake-up, work breaks or evening relaxation, and a daily streak counter helps build the habit. The body map resets each day.

Limbr is available for iPhone and iPad, free to download with in-app purchases, and its version history shows an initial release followed by an update with onboarding fixes. The listing says a Premium subscription, weekly or annual, is needed to unlock every exercise, routine and feature.
