About Wandercoon
Wandercoon is a walking companion for iPhone. It describes itself as a cozy app rather than a fitness tracker: your steps become distance on a long journey for Wander, a raccoon who only moves when you do. The route runs from the Awakening Meadow through the Great Forest and the Shores to the Haunted Woods, with creatures to collect in an album, small surprises in a backpack and gentle quests along the way.
The design avoids pressure. There are no streaks, no leaderboards and no messages about a missed day, and Wander is where you left him after a day or a month. Walking earns Apples, which are spent in a cosmetic-only shop on fur colors, hats, sweaters and accessories, and you can level up, collect badges and decorate a traveler card. An optional free account backs up progress, and step data stays on the phone.
The first world is free. An optional Wandercoon+ unlocks the premium worlds and outfit sets and lets steps from past days count, as a monthly plan with a 7-day trial, a yearly plan or a one-time lifetime purchase. The app is available in six languages.
