Koe

Koe is a web AI video platform for musicians, brands and indie filmmakers. You describe a video, optionally attach a script or brief, and it builds a storyboard with frame previews and generates motion with premium models, keeping characters consistent across scenes.

Recent additions include document import, one-click upscaling to 4K, changing any clip with a sentence without re-rendering, and one-click cinematic captions. The Free plan offers storyboard and frame previews that cost credits, a watermarked 720p export and no commercial use. Hobby at 10 dollars a month gives 800 credits, commercial rights and watermarked 1080p, and Starter at 24 dollars a month gives 2,500 credits, no watermark and premium models.

Higher Pro, Team and Ultra plans exist, annual billing saves 20 percent, and credit packs and a referral program are listed. Motion generation requires a paid plan, so the free tier is mainly for planning and previewing.
