About InnerSightJournal

InnerSight is a journal for people who would rather write than talk. Entries are encrypted on the device with AES-256 and Argon2id key derivation behind a passphrase, the vendor says it cannot read them, and the app works without an account, with sync available if you create one.

An AI companion named Iris, built on Brief Cognitive Behavioural Therapy principles, lets you ask questions about your journal, explore patterns and receive reflections, asking one question at a time. Journaling features include rich text, photos, daily streaks and reminders.

The Free plan has unlimited entries, encryption, streaks and 10 Iris conversations a day, while Premium at 7.99 pounds a month or 49.99 pounds a year with a 7-day trial adds unlimited Iris chats, auto updates, photo attachments, PDF export and entry analysis.
