About GymFlow

GymFlow is an iPhone app that plays a workout like a music playlist: it tells you the current exercise, runs the set and rest timers automatically and shows what comes next, with one button to move on. It replaces juggling a notes app for the plan and a clock app for the timers.

Workouts can be generated with AI or built by hand with exercises, sets, reps, weights and set and rest durations, then scheduled to repeat on chosen weekdays or every few days with start and end dates. A history view records total time, set time, rest time, exercises, sets and volume for each session, and the app supports kilograms or pounds and dark or light appearance.

A subscription is required, with a 7-day free trial, and no free tier is described. The site explains that the app began as a personal tool built to end the app-switching and note-copying of gym sessions.
