About FitPush

FitPush turns screen time into exercise motivation. You choose which apps to lock, such as social media, games or entertainment, set daily workout targets, and the apps become available again once you complete the exercises. It uses iOS Screen Time integration to manage access.

The app offers custom workout plans for different fitness levels, cardio, strength and yoga exercise types, progress analytics and motivational reminders. A newer feature is a camera-tracked jaw and face workout in which the camera counts repetitions of opening and closing the mouth, the way it counts push-ups and squats.

It is free to download with in-app purchases, runs on iPhone and iPad and is listed in Health and Fitness. The pitch is balancing digital entertainment with physical activity and reducing mindless scrolling.
