Strikt

SaaS

An iPhone app that uses the camera to count bodyweight reps on the device and adjusts each day's workout to your energy, with no wearable needed.

About Strikt

Strikt uses the iPhone camera to count repetitions of bodyweight exercises, processing video on the device. You prop the phone up so your whole body is in frame, and the app recognizes 28 movements, 15 using bodyweight and 13 using equipment, ranging from air squats, push-ups and lunges to calf raises, overhead presses and kettlebell swings, plus timed holds such as plank and wall sit. A rep closes only when the full movement is completed, for example a squat to at least parallel, and incomplete reps are refused rather than counted.

Each day starts with an energy check-in that sizes the workout, the app offers short movement snacks during the day, sets against the clock, and live races in which each phone counts its own athlete. There is a journal, a weekly feature and a library of movements, and an AI coach that follows your set by camera and voice is in a limited pilot, not in the public App Store version. The app is available in six languages and is free to try on iPhone and iPad.
