About Dietly Fit

Dietly Fit is an iOS fitness app that combines workout logging, planning and nutrition targets. Its distinctive feature is a weekly photo scan that scores your physique out of 100, estimates body fat and names the weak point holding the score back, after which the app builds a training week to address it.

In the gym, the app provides guided sessions with demo clips and written steps for more than 1,300 exercises, lets you aim the camera at any machine to find the exercises it supports, and swaps movements to fit the equipment you have. Sets, reps and weight are logged with previous numbers shown, personal records are tracked per movement, and rest timers and set targets sit on the same screen. The tagline also mentions counting calories and macros. Dietly Fit is published by Rasheed Maliyekkal, rated 4+ on the App Store and free to download with in-app purchases. Body scores derived from a photo are estimates.
