About FocusCapsule
Focus Capsule is built around a daily routine rather than just a timer. In the morning a launch ritual chooses as many as three priority tasks and writes an if-then plan for the hardest one. A capsule is one task, one timer and one window of attention in sprint, deep, flow or recovery modes, with a key to park distractions in a list without leaving the session, active recovery suggestions such as a short walk and a quick pulse after each session to log energy and a blocker tag. A shutdown step carries unfinished work to the next day.
Each session feeds a profile with a year of focus history, badges and six evolving traits such as chronotype and follow-through, and insights cite the research behind them. The profile can be shared through a link, and a guest mode lets you try it without an account. The core practice is described as free forever with no credit card, and there is a pricing page for additional plans.
