About Feedjolt
Feedjolt collects feedback from Slack, email, an embeddable widget, a public portal and a REST API into one inbox, then merges duplicates by meaning, so phrases like login broken and cannot sign in become one request with the votes combined. A confidence threshold set by you decides when merging happens automatically and when it waits for review.
Prioritization goes beyond votes: a daily Next Steps view ranks requests by the ARR behind them, renewal risk, blocked deals and votes, so the loudest request is not automatically the top one. Requests can create Linear issues, shipping an item notifies every voter, and a changelog is generated as work ships. The public portal supports your own domain and branding, magic link or Google sign-in for voters, a self-updating roadmap and EU or US data residency per workspace.
Integrations include Slack, Linear, GitHub, email, webhooks, the REST API and MCP, with Intercom and Jira listed as coming soon. Pricing is flat per workspace instead of per seat, and a 14-day trial needs no credit card.
